Givanas Group of Companies’ hospitality arm took off with the acquisition of Ci Gusta Italian Restaurant Franchise. Opening the first outlet in Victoria Island, Lagos

SAR Industries began importation and distribution of manufacturing raw materials to B2B, B2C and SME clients

Ubereness began production of confectionaries.

Givanas Cosmetics began manufacturing and distribution of body care, skin care, baby care and fragrance products

Givanas Industries expanded the production plant and saponification which enabled addition  of new production lines including liquid soaps, new bar soap variants and household soap products.

Givanas Trading began the importation and distribution of SoKlin Detergent Soap. Attained market share of almost 20% and was the No1 player in the powder soap category.
